Circle — Worker

The foundation of the organization. Silent, obedient, precise. They carry out orders without question and disappear into the geometry of the system.

Triangle — Soldier

Enforcement. The sharp edge of authority. Soldiers occupy the middle rank — strong enough to command, bound enough to obey.

Square — Manager

The architects of order. Managers design the experience, watch the players, and report only to the unseen. Power without visibility.
